Bible Vital Companion — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bible Vital Companion, including its connector, software, APIs, AI-assisted features, Bible-study functionality, devotional features, spiritual-companionship features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is operated by Evervital LLC (“Evervital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Our Purpose

Bible Vital Companion is designed to help users engage with the Bible and develop a living Christian life through features that may support Bible reading and study, prayer, devotional reflection, spiritual practices, Christian fellowship, and spiritual companionship.

Our aim is to help users grow in their relationship with the Lord and encourage healthy fellowship with other believers.

The Service is a technology tool and spiritual companion. It is not a church, pastor, prophet, spiritual authority, counselor, healthcare provider, or emergency service.

Bible Vital Companion does not claim divine authority and should not be understood as speaking for God, receiving revelation from God for a user, or infallibly discerning God’s will concerning an individual or situation.

The Service is intended to support—not replace—personal Bible reading, prayer, fellowship with other believers, participation in Christian community, and appropriate pastoral or professional care.

2. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content

Certain portions of the Service use artificial intelligence.

AI systems can make mistakes. Responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, inconsistent, or inappropriate for a particular situation.

AI-generated content may also incorrectly identify, paraphrase, attribute, or explain biblical passages or other materials.

You should therefore exercise your own judgment when using the Service.

Where the precise wording of Scripture is important, users should verify AI-generated quotations or references against the authoritative text of the relevant Bible translation.

The Service does not guarantee that any AI-generated interpretation represents the only or definitive interpretation of a biblical passage.

3. Spiritual Companionship

Bible Vital Companion may provide devotional reflections, questions, prayer suggestions, Bible-study assistance, spiritual practices, or suggestions concerning Christian fellowship.

These features are intended for educational and spiritual-development purposes.

The Service does not determine whether a particular thought, feeling, circumstance, dream, impression, event, or decision is a message from God.

Users remain responsible for their own beliefs, decisions, actions, relationships, and spiritual practices.

Where appropriate, users are encouraged to seek healthy fellowship with trusted Christian companions and responsible pastoral or professional support.

4. Not Professional Advice or Emergency Assistance

The Service does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

Do not rely on Bible Vital Companion as a substitute for qualified professional services.

Bible Vital Companion is also not an emergency or crisis-response service and may not monitor conversations in real time.

If you believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or qualified crisis resource.

5. Eligibility and Minors

You may use the Service only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law and these Terms.

If you are under the age at which you may independently consent to use online services or to the processing of personal information in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

Certain features may be restricted by age.

Evervital may establish additional age requirements for particular features, communities, or jurisdictions.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ use of the Service where applicable.

Important: Before launch, Evervital should establish a specific minimum-age policy and ensure that the product’s data practices support it. This paragraph should then be updated accordingly.

6. Privacy

Our collection, use, retention, disclosure, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, available at:

Depending on how you access Bible Vital Companion, information may pass between the platform through which you access the Service and Evervital’s systems.

The Privacy Policy should be reviewed together with these Terms.

Please exercise care before sharing sensitive personal information, including highly personal prayer requests, health information, financial information, passwords, government identification numbers, or information about another person.

7. User Content

“User Content” means information you submit to the Service, such as questions, prompts, reflections, prayer requests, feedback, group content, or other material.

You retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content.

You grant Evervital a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, transmit, process, reproduce, and otherwise use User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Evervital.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit User Content and that your submission does not unlawfully violate another person’s rights.

Do not submit confidential information belonging to another person without appropriate authorization.

8. Prayer Requests and Group Information

Some Service features may allow users to discuss prayer requests, spiritual experiences, or matters concerning other people.

Please respect the privacy and dignity of others.

You should not submit another person’s sensitive personal information, confidential circumstances, private communications, or identifying information unless you have an appropriate basis or permission to do so.

Group functionality should not be treated as a confidential counseling, medical, legal, or emergency communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content and third-party materials, the Service—including its software, design, original text, workflows, graphics, branding, logos, compilation, and other proprietary materials—is owned by or licensed to Evervital and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

“Evervital,” “Bible Vital Companion,” associated logos, and related branding may constitute trademarks or service marks of Evervital LLC.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Evervital’s proprietary materials without authorization.

10. Bible Translations and Third-Party Christian Content

Bible translations, hymns, books, articles, ministry materials, quotations, and other third-party content made accessible through the Service may be protected by copyright or other intellectual-property rights.

Such materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.

The inclusion or availability of third-party material through Bible Vital Companion does not transfer ownership of that material to Evervital or to users.

Your ability to access or use such material may be subject to separate copyright notices, licenses, attribution requirements, usage limitations, or terms established by the applicable rights holder.

Nothing in these Terms grants rights to third-party content beyond those that Evervital is legally authorized to provide.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Among other things, you may not:

• violate applicable law or another person’s rights;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data;
• interfere with, disable, disrupt, overload, or damage the Service;
• introduce malware or malicious code;
• circumvent security, access, rate, or usage restrictions;
• reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• systematically scrape, harvest, crawl, download, or extract Service content without authorization;
• use automated means to reconstruct Evervital’s underlying content collections or databases;
• obtain or attempt to obtain copyrighted content beyond permitted access;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• use the Service to harass, exploit, threaten, or unlawfully harm another person;
• use another person’s credentials without authorization; or
• use the Service in a manner that materially interferes with other users or the operation of the Service.

We may implement reasonable technical measures to enforce these restrictions.

12. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Bible Vital Companion may be accessed through or interact with third-party platforms, AI agents, connectors, applications, websites, hosting services, or APIs.

Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Evervital does not control and is not responsible for the operation, security, availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

The availability of Bible Vital Companion through a third-party platform does not necessarily mean that the platform sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with Evervital.

13. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or other feedback concerning the Service, you permit Evervital to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to improve or develop its products and services.

This provision does not give Evervital ownership of your private prayer requests, personal reflections, or other User Content merely because you use the Service.

14. Service Availability and Changes

We are continually developing Bible Vital Companion.

We may add, remove, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features or portions of the Service.

We do not guarantee that the Service, any particular feature, third-party integration, Bible resource, or AI model will always be available.

Where reasonably practical, we may provide notice of material changes that substantially affect users.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary to:

protect users or third parties;

protect the security or integrity of the Service;

comply with law or legal process;

address material or repeated violations of these Terms; or

respond to misuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

The treatment of retained personal information following termination is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

EVERVITAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR COMPLETELY ACCURATE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE CORRECT OR APPROPRIATE FOR EVERY USER OR CIRCUMSTANCE.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EVERVITAL LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVERVITAL’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID EVERVITAL FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
(B) US$100.

These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evervital LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Service, your material violation of these Terms, or User Content that you submit in violation of another person’s rights.

This section does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer law.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of [STATE OF FORMATION / SELECTED STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in accordance with applicable law and any dispute-resolution provisions stated here.

Users are responsible for complying with laws applicable to them.

Privacy and consumer-protection rights may vary by jurisdiction. Where applicable law provides rights that cannot be waived by contract, these Terms do not limit those rights.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service develops or as legal, regulatory, technical, or operational requirements change.

We will update the “Last Updated” date when these Terms change.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect.

Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

23. No Waiver

Failure by Evervital to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to particular Service features, constitute the agreement between you and Evervital concerning your use of the Service.
