Evervital (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Evervital iOS app, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Email address — collected when you create an account or sign in.
• Password — stored securely and never readable by us (see Section 4).
• Conversation messages — the text you send to and receive from your Evervital companion. These are stored so your conversation history is available across sessions.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data — basic information about how you interact with the app (e.g., whether a message was sent), used solely to maintain and improve the service.
• Device information — limited technical information such as iOS version and device type, used for troubleshooting.

We do not collect your name, phone number, location, contacts, camera, microphone, or any health data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Deliver responses from your Evervital companion
• Store and display your conversation history
• Respond to your questions or support requests
• Improve the quality and reliability of the app

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your conversation content to train AI models or share it with advertisers.

3. Third-Party Services

Evervital uses the following third-party services to operate:

Supabase We use Supabase (supabase.com) for user authentication and database storage. Your email address and conversation messages are stored on Supabase-managed servers. Supabase is SOC 2 compliant and encrypts data in transit and at rest. Privacy policy: https://supabase.com/privacy

AI / Language Model Provider Your messages are sent to a backend server that processes them using a large language model (LLM) to generate your companion’s responses. Messages are transmitted securely and are not retained by the model provider beyond what is needed to generate a response.

We carefully select partners who meet high standards for data security and privacy.

4. How We Protect Your Information

• All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
• Passwords are hashed and salted — we cannot read your password.
• We use access controls to limit who within our team can access user data.
• We do not store payment information (any future payments are handled by Apple).

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and conversation history for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual conversations at any time within the app.

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at alive@evervital.group with the subject line “Delete My Account.” We will process your request within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your data (see Section 5)
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
• Data portability — receive a copy of your data in a structured format

7. Children’s Privacy

Evervital is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of Evervital after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
